1. Delivery Coverage
We currently deliver within Singapore only, excluding deliveries to hospitals and Sentosa Island due to logistical restrictions.

Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Orders are typically delivered next-day or within 2–3 business days, depending on order volume and location.

Orders placed after the daily cut-off time will be processed the next business day.
3. Delivery Fees

Free delivery is available for orders above a specified minimum purchase amount (as stated on our website at checkout).

Orders below the minimum will incur a flat-rate delivery fee.
4. Self-Collection Option
Customers may opt for self-collection at:

5. Delivery Issues
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier may contact the recipient or sender to arrange an alternative delivery time or location.
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Fleur Bliss is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:
