We only offer refunds or replacements for damaged or incorrect items.
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during delivery, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Due to the perishable and delicate nature of our products, all sales are final except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
This means we do not accept returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal taste, or improper handling after delivery.
Custom arrangements and sale items are also non-refundable.
3. Delivery Issues
We work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your flowers arrive in excellent condition and on time.
